‘Maiden’s Blush’ is an old Caroline planted rose. It is in a difficult spot for a rose, right beside a structure, near a rain gutter downspout, it takes a lot of wind abuse, and sleeps under a pile of snow in winter. Nothing a normal rose likes- good drainage, space, good soil. But there she is, showing her pale pink flowers mid- to late summer, and the blooms are fragrant. This rose spreads by runners, give it room and use it as a hedge. The runners are easy to propagate. Perennial.
