Auricula primroses are great for edges or rock gardens. They prefer good drainage, more gritty soil, and a tad more lime than acid. Flowers are generally large, open face with a distinct color around the edge fading into the throat. The color of this offering is unknown-this photo is representational of the species only. Auricula spread in clumps, the woody stems layer themselves or can be broken and planted elsewhere. Perennial.
